I'm in Georgia, which is also his home state. He was doing a book signing at a Wal-Mart. I can back up the claim of him being a nice dude because the people running the store told us that he would only sign the book, but when he came out he said he would sign whatever, plus pose for pictures. He made it a point to chat with each person who came up to get something signed.
So yeah it was a good experience meeting Jeff.
